Scanning a personalised QR Code will allow you to associate your company with the profiles of your technicians.
In this way you will be able to create a shared work environment with real-time updating of activities. Each technician can be informed of the service calls performed and still to be performed, consult and update customer, service, material and vehicle data.

Contact information can also be specified for each technician's profile, in order to speed up actions such as phone calls and email sending between coworkers.

Finally, it is possible to enter one’s signature which will automatically appear in the report after the closure of your visit.

Field service operations can be filtered by date and follow a variety of sorting methods, all configurable by the user.

All the information related to the technical assistance can be consulted in the detail page. It is also possible to proceed to a reprint of the report - that will be sent via email to the requesting technician.

With ASSIST24, it is possible to comprehensively manage work-related trips through multiple types of configuration:

Call-out fee: allows you to indicate a flat rate for the service call;
Cost per mile: business trip costs will be calculated in relation to the miles traveled and on the basis of the indicated mileage cost;
Travel areas: it is possible to encode a range of travel areas, each with a corresponding cost.

The system allows different trip costs to be entered even within the same service call.

Inside the report, all the information related to the work performed can be found: data of the sell-to customer and the bill-to customer (if they are different), services executed, materials used, business trips made, signatures of the technician and the customer - that can be collected through the mobile device.

After choosing the reference period, the system will allow the export of all closed service calls, with the details of each of their components, if properly valorised within the appropriate database.

You will then have data on the total amounts of each operation, along with a careful division of materials, services and business trips.
